

The Thematic Network of the Spanish Society for Nitrogen Fixation (SEFIN) has resumed its activities, adding a new edition to the eight previously held. These meetings continue to be a valuable forum for both scientific exchange and personal interaction.

This network is an initiative funded by the University of Seville’s Research Plan (VIIPPIT-2025-I.10 – Grants for the Creation and Consolidation of Thematic Networks). It aims to establish sectoral thematic networks to connect key actors from the science–technology–industry system. Its goal is to facilitate knowledge exchange and transfer, fostering cooperation to build networks of excellence.

RedPlantMicro is an initiative funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities that aims to revitalize and update previous networks focused on the importance of plant–microorganism interactions for crop resilience.
