The Society of Inorganic and Nanomolecular Photovoltaic Energy (SEFIN)
is a non-profit organization to develop Inorganic and Nanomolecular Photovoltaic Energy
scientifically and technically in Spain, as well as Mediterranean Europe, and
internationally in general.
The Inorganic and Nanomolecular Photovoltaic Energy is a scientific and technical
field focused on the production of renewable energy. It includes devices for
the production of electricity or fuel, from light (solar cells), using inorganic
semiconductors and organic elements, molecular and / or nanoscale components.
It includes various nanotechnologies such as dye-sensitized semiconductor solar
cells, plastic solar cells, semiconductor nanostructures sensitized with quantum dots,
artificial photosynthesis systems, etc.
SEFIN supports the organisation of international scientific events through the nanoGe platform,
www.nanoge.org.
The Society of Inorganic and Nanomolecular Photovoltaic Energy is listed on the National Register of Associations of Spain, No. 593385.
